Overview
Easy to create courses
Stopford CPD allows users to easily create courses. Course tutors can be setup as users and allowed to create their own courses within their curriculum areas and you control what options are available to them. Courses can be saved and returned to later and then curriculum leaders can review and modify if required. The system is highly flexible and ensures you a more efficient method of managing your courses.
Handle bookings with ease
The system allows users to book online or through entry of booking forms and allows you to review course bookings with ease. The system allows bookings to be easily confirmed, transferred to other courses or cancelled and all correspondence generated by email or letter. Through the use of waiting lists, the system gives you the ability to fulfil your courses with ease.
Market your courses
Stopford CPD gives you the ability to market your courses. Through the use of online browsing and automatic production of course booklets you can be sure that your courses are being seen by the right people.
Viewing at a Glance
Stopford CPD allows you to search and view courses with ease. The system allows you to search by criteria and display as a list showing the current status of the course or can be viewed in a calendar form with daily, weekly or monthly views.
Reporting at a Glance
Generate information from a variety of reports that allow you to quickly and easily see course information, attendance and income. By using standard reporting tools we can also help you to create your own custom reports if required.
