Gloucestershire choose RAFTS

Gloucestershire have decided to improve their physical asset tracking capabilities with the purchase of Stopford's Record Asset File Tracking System. This will make Gloucestershire the third County Council to experience the benefits of Stopford's powerful record management system.

RAFTS will track files and assets both within Gloucestershire Council buildings and within off-site storage providers, ensuring a high standard of communication between record owners, record managers and storage providers.

The system which was originally developed with the Merseyside police offers a secure method of organising and tracking files and assets throughout a busy council environment. Like all Stopford products RAFTS has been developed to grow to meets the demands of a growing county council.
