North Tyneside Registration Service have made the decision to purchase Stopford's diary management system Agenda and Stopford's RSS replacement system RAFTS in a joint purchase that will not only save the service money but improve their efficiency in providing a valuable service to members of the public.

At Stopford we understand that providing the best quality of service for members of the public is the ultimate goal of all council services and that is why we work with our clients to improve our systems in line with their needs. We then implement these new features across all of our systems so that all of our clients can benefit from new developments in the field.

For North Tyneside this came in the form of a diary system that can take customer payments, tracks appointments, with a full audit trail, and calculates efficiency in line with set standards through an accurate reporting system. The registration service will also benefit from an RSS replacement system that allows the back dating of old registers, built in image manipulation tools and a comprehensive search engine.
