Agenda User Group Meeting

The user group meeting, which took place on Wednesday the 15th of September, was attended by members of 15 registration services and gave users a chance to offer feedback on the software. Many issues were discussed throughout the day and most of the users agreed on changes to the software to help improve usability.

 

 

 

The meeting also allowed Stopford to gain an understanding of where the software was headed and helped to shape the nature of future improvements, add-ons and in one case a whole new system that will hopefully be very useful to the registrars in stream lining their customer service experience.

Full details of issues discussed at the meeting will be sent to all service, including those who could not attend, in the near future.
