After a very successful tendering process, Wiltshire have become the first Registration Service to buy RAFTS for Reg, Stopford's RSS replacement system and Agenda the online diary management system. RAFTS will have all of the existing RSS data migrated into it before going live and will include a wide array of extra features to improve usability and efficiency.

The system will take layout features from RSS to help ease the transition from the old system to RAFTS and will feature a comprehensive search system to make it easier for users to find the certificate they are looking for. RAFTS also include the ability to manipulate images so that individual register entries can be highlighted and printed seperatley from the others featured on the registry.

Once Wiltshire's install is complete, and they are satisfied with the system, Stopford can move on to implementing RAFTS in the large number of other councils who have expressed an interest in the system. Councils interested in getting RAFTS before RSS support is removed will need to act fast.
