Overview
Fully Customisable System
Create registration districts, offices, diaries and ceremony teams that reflect how your service operates. Create your own appointment timeslots for each day and diary. Specify times that are non working and which appointments can be booked online. Specify which types of appointments can be booked for timeslots so that you can automatically jump to the next available one of that type.
Viewing at a glance
View all appointments and ceremonies at a glance and allocate resources to diaries for specific days. Track when people have arrived, are seen and have left for appointments and drop ins which allows for easy view of what status the appointment is.
Making Appointments
Create appointments for the registration of Deaths, Births, Marriages, Civil Partnerships, Notices of Marriage and Civil Partnerships, Nationality Checking and Citizenship Ceremonies. The system also allows you to make general non specific appointments. Appointments can easily be rescheduled and cancelled with full audit trails showing who made the change and when.
Manage your Ceremonies
Create bookings for Wedding, Civil Partnership, Renewal of Vows, Naming Ceremony and Citizenship Ceremonies. Manage the whole process and generate reminders and correspondence for key events for the booking. Keep a track of licensed venues and be notified when licenses are due for expiry or have expired.
Control Who Sees What
Specify who is allowed access to the system and tailor specific views and edit rights for diaries, appointments and ceremonies.
Reporting at a Glance
Generate information from a variety of reports that allow you quickly and easily to view numbers of appointments, seen on time statistics and monitor usage of personnel. Use the One Click New Governance Report to see instantly whether you are meeting the standards laid out in the Good Practice Guide.
Allow users to book online
Control and specify which of your diaries, timeslots, appointments and ceremonies are available for online booking for appointments and ceremonies. Allow public access to these through a series of questions and relevant data before offering appointments and ceremonies online.
Stay In Touch
Automatically produce correspondence from your own customisable templates for the confirmation and reminder of appointments and generate reminders for when key events are due during the ceremony management process. Record payments and generate user defined receipts if required.

Initial Hard Disk Drive Space Requirements (Approximations)
- Application: 10MB
- SQL Server Database: 6MB
- With 12000 Appointments and 2000 Ceremony Bookings, the SQL Server Database is approximately 50MB in size.)
