The Ceremony Portal is a new concept from Stopford for your Registration Service. It consists of a new website that replaces your existing council web pages and is intended to provide a quality experience for celebrants wishing to undertake a ceremony within your area.

Overview

Stopford already provide diary management and online booking systems for a number of councils both large and small and this web portal can act as an extension to this or operate separately.

For those councils who operate separate booking systems, the portal can be integrated into your existing systems.

The Ceremony Portal is intended to help celebrants plan their ceremony, choose venues and suppliers and promote your area as the place to choose.

The first of these portals for Essex County Council is now live. This can be viewed at http://www.celebrateinessex.co.uk/

The service is provided free of charge to your Registration Service, as the costs for the operation of the site are generated by advertising from venues and other suppliers.
