Online Certificates Module (Agenda)
 

The Copy Certificate Application module is an additional feature to the agenda Online Diary Management System.

Overview

This module allows citizens to apply for copy certificates for births, deaths and marriages online. Citizens can choose the type of certificate they wish a copy of and complete all appropriate details.

This module sits on your Internet site and allows citizens to complete all details required for the copy certificate. If required the module can interface with an existing payment processing system to take payments before the application is submitted.

Requests for copy certificates are then shown within the agenda system and can be marked as competed and dispatched as they are processed.

Software Requirements

  • Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1
  • Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 5 or 6 (6 Preferred)
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (Also compatible with 2005)
  • Microsoft Web Service Enhancements (WSE) version 2 Service Pack 3

Initial Hard Disk Drive Space Requirements (Approximations)

  • Application: 10MB
  • SQL Server Database: 6MB
  • With 12000 Appointments and 2000 Ceremony Bookings, the SQL Server Database is approximately 50MB in size.)
  • ASP and ASP.NET technology (Active Server Pages)

Other Requirements

  • An SMTP Server accessible by the installed Application
