RAFTS is an Intranet based File and Asset Tracking System with powerful search capabilities that enables the storage, tracking and retrieval of files easy to manage. It allows you to manage the movement of boxes and documents using both onsite and offsite storage providers.
This fully configurable and expandable system is designed to manage files and boxes through their whole life cycle from Creation, Labelling, Tracking, On-site storage, Off-site storage, Retrieval and through to Destruction. The system is fully scalable and can be used in large corporate environments or small legal practices.
RAFTS for Local Government
RAFTS for Local Government allows you to easily record and track files within a council environment. It is the essential tool for your Information Management department to record and track files and boxes.
The system has been designed to be highly flexible and allows for different types of files to be recorded such as deeds and agreements. The system allows for multiple systems to be referenced and relevant personnel (such as social services personnel) to be recorded against a file.
RAFTS for Local Government enables end users to create their own file records before submitting for storage. Requests for files are made easily and are approved or rejected with email confirmations sent.The system allows for the use of multiple storage providers, including your own storage provision if required.
RAFTS for Local Government is already being used day to day within a council environment and has proven to assist with your record management needs. It enables the retention of accurate, relevant and accessible information and has a full audit trail for each file and box.
