The Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) for Certificates. RAFTS is an intranet based record management system with powerful search capabilities that makes the storage, searching and printing of digitally scanned certificates easy to manage.

RAFTS key feature is that it will interface directly with RSS data to ensure that all existing electronic copies of certificates will be used by the new system.

• Import RSS Index and Registration Data
• Imports all Marginal notes and Caution Marks
• Ability to edit registration data and create new marginal notes and caution marks
• Print certificates (Pre69, Post69, short form etc)
• Ability to create new index data and therefore back date indexes
• Type and Print and store data against index for future printing
• Store scanned registers including header and register entry against index
• Ability to reference RON entries and other systems against an index entry
• Show multiple register entries against an index
• Allows for direct entry of certificate file records by staff
• Allows copies of certificates to be printed by staff
• Allows for storage of additional search criteria against file records
• Full Text Index Searching available allowing free text searches across all fields.
• Allows users to build complex and fuzzy searches with the option of Boolean operators
